Q: Do you sell to retail as well as trade?
|

A: Yes we sell to retail customers as well as other granite and quartz fabricators. |
|
Q: Do you sell other quartz or granites?
|
|
A: Our granite collection is made up of the most popular ranges if you require a granite that is not in the collection please ask. The quartz range we sell is the full range of Cimstone, we only sell Cimstone quartz worktops. |

Q: Will you plumb in my sink?
|
|
A: We can affix your hob and sink to the worktops but you will need to contact a local plumber to make the final connections. |

Q: What areas do you cover?
|
|
A: We cover all of mainland England, Scotland and Wales. |
|
Q: How do I get a quote?
|
|
A: To get a quote simply fill in your details on the quotation page or just give us a call during working hours. |
|
Q: What are your payment terms? |
|
A: We ask for a 50% deposit with order the remaining balance becomes due when we deliver the stone to you (if you have requested installation you may retain £450.00 until the installation has been completed). |

Q: What is the difference between granite and quartz?
|
|
A: Granite is a natural stone formed over millions of years and is quarried from countries all around the world. Quartz is a man made product made from natural quartz, rubble from granite quarries and mixed with mica, phelsphar and a binding resin. |

Q: What is the difference between Cimstone quartz and other quartz types? |
|
A: Many of the other types of quartz available on the market today is not manufactured on a Breton machine, this is due to the cost of purchasing a Breton machine. The main companies which do use Breton technology is Zodiaq, Caeserstone, Luxore and Silestone. Cimstone is manufactured the same way as the big four companies listed. |

Q: How long does an installation take?
|
|
A: A regular installation following a templating visit takes just a few hours, our one stop installation is completed on the same day but takes 5 - 6 hours on average. |
|
Q: Is quartz porous?
|
|
A: Most quartz worktops are porous unless they are made using a Breton machine. Cimstone was one of the first companies in the world to have a Breton factory line. |

Q: Do you use sub contractors?
|
|
A: No, all of our installers are employed by us directly. |
|
Q: Can I speak to your existing customers? |
|
A: We have many happy and satisfied customers and are more than willing to let you speak to them. |
